Phytalgic® associates 4 natural constituents for an in-depth relief, without undesirable effects:

- Wild fish oil, widely consumed in the Scandinavian countries, contains Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids, that have demonstrated calming properties on pain. By protecting joints, they play a leading role in the relief of sensitive movements and morning stiffness improvement.

-Nettle has always been the joints plant. Its high selenium and silicon content provides protective properties that help maintaining a good bone structure, essential when we want to keep the suppleness of our youth.

- Phytalgic® associates fish oil, nettle and natural vitamin E well known for its effectiveness on improving joints comfort.

Use

To obtain best results, take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 in the evening with a glass of water

Recommended duration

Initial treatment : continuously during 2 or 3 months.

This treatment can be extended if necessary. Improvement can be seen after 3 weeks of use.

Maintaining treatment : 15 consecutive days per month, followed by 15 break days.

Phytalgic® can be used without interruption over the year without disadvantage, in case of strong pain.

Caution:

Not suitable for people suffering from fish or nettle allergy.

Omega 3 have the particularity of slightly fluidifying blood. Therefore it is recommended to stop the treatment 10 days before a surgery.
