CEFAR EASY uses TENS SYSTEM (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) : electrical impulses are sent through the nerves to block the acute and chronic pain impulses.

• Pain Relief Programs :
• Lower back pain : this program lasts 30 minutes and you can adjust the intensity of electrical stimulation. You should feel pins-and-needles sensation without pain and should not cause muscle contraction. You can use this program as many times as you want.
• Neck/Shoulder pain : Duration 30 minutes, adjusting the intensity should be such that you feel pins-and-needles without pain and without muscle contractions. Use as many times as you want.

• Relaxation programs :
• Lower back massage : Duration 30 minutes, the intensity should be adjusted to feel muscle vibrations to light contractions.
• Neck/Shoulder massage : the program lasts 30 minutes and you must adjust the intensity of stimulation as you feel vibrations muscle until light contractions.
