ARKOGELULES ALFAFA 45 GELULES (Skin, hair, nail)

This herbaceous and robust plant originates from Asia and North Africa. Nowadays, it is commonly used in Central Europe. Arabs have baptised it “plant al-fac-facah”, which means “ father of all food”. They would use it to feed horses to make them grow stronger.

Alfalfa constitutes one of the richest mineral sources known thanks to its roots, able to absorb nutriments that are not easily accessible by other plants.

The essential mineralisation

Traditionally, the leaf juice is used for its wealth in proteins (40 to 50%), in amino-acids (used for protein synthesis), in minerals, especially calcium and trace-elements (silica, iron, phosphor, copper, zinc and selenium). Alfalfa is an excellent general stimulant thanks to its remineralising effects useful to strengthen nails and hair.

Alfalfa provides all renown vitamins including K vitamin, essential for the synthesis of coagulation factors. That is why alfalfa is prescribed in cases of anaemia. It also contains an organic oestrogen, coumestrol, which has an hormonal and et remineralising action due to its calcium and silica, therefore it can be recommended for menopausal troubles and to cure osteoporosis.

Dosage

1 capsule in the morning, lunchtime and evening, during meals.
